This March we’re partnering with Hornby High School to collect donated musical instruments and amps for students – giving them the chance to explore creativity, build confidence, and discover a lifelong passion for music. We’re fortunate to have former Hornby High School student Boh Runga supporting this special community initiative.
Your donation can make a real difference.
✔ Empower young musicians to explore their passion
✔ Support music education and creativity in our community
✔ Give your instrument a new life with a student who needs it
We’re Accepting:
Trumpets
Drums
Guitars (electric and acoustic)
Keyboards (please note: no pianos)
Amps and accessories
Other musical instruments are welcome too.
Donated musical instruments can be dropped off at The Hub Hornby Customer Services Desk.
Our friends at Rockshop Hornby will check each instrument and help with any tuning or restringing needed, ensuring every donation is ready for its next musician.
During the campaign, donated instruments will be displayed in the space next to My Shoe Specialists, before making their way to students at Hornby High School at the end of the event.
