The Hub Hornby is conveniently located in the suburb of Hornby, just a 15 minute drive from Christchurch CBD. The centre is easily accessible by car, bus, taxi, bike and offers EV chargers including Christchurch’s most powerful Super Charge station.

Facilities

We have a customer service desk situated in the middle of the centre. Services include complimentary wheel chairs, gift cards and lost property. Our friendly staff are here to help you with any problems or questions regarding The Hub Hornby.
Our toilets are located near the Customer Services desk, next to Silvermoon and iRazor. There is a dedicated parent room as well as accessibility toilets.
We have a number of mobility parking spaces conveniently near wheelchair ramps for easy access to the centre. We also have complimentary wheelchairs available at the Customer Services desk.

We have a comfortable Parents Room located in the amenities corridor near the Customer Services desk. The Parents Room is child friendly and fully equipped with two private feeding rooms, a changing station, a microwave and toilet facilities for caregivers and children.
We have several ATMs at The Hub Hornby and most major banks - ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Kiwi Bank and Westpac.
We have over 750 free car parking spaces including dedicated mobility and parents parking spots.

Shoppers can enjoy free parking for up to 180 minutes (3 hours) including P10 and P60 options for that quick shop. Customers expecting to need more than three hours parking can obtain an extended parking pass from Customer Services at no charge.

We also have rooftop parking available! It’s a great option during busy times and gives you direct access to the centre. Many visitors aren’t aware of this extra level, so next time you visit, head up and enjoy the extra space.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available from Customer Services and can be loaded with any amount over $10. These can be used at any retailer within The Hub excluding banks. Remaining card balances can be checked online
